How would you like to walk into "your Workshop"... make your presentation; network with attendees and then leave... without having to worry about the preparation, marketing, registration and clean up?
A good event planner handles all of the details, allowing for the conference/workshop organizer to concentrate on the event itself.
Shirley Ellis and Associates is an experienced event planner. We offer full conference and workshop management for large and small events in Eastern Ontario. You provide the Topic, Speakers and Moderators. We arrange for all logistics based on your instructions.
We arrange for meeting rooms, meals if required, audio/visual equipment, provide you with a budget. You set the registration fee.
We quote you a fee based on what you want us to do and our fee forms a part of the registration fee. You only pay us for those that register.
